Famous Paintings

Paintings you already know, and the thing you did not know about each one.

Every coaster carries the painting. Every mug carries the painting on one side and its story on the other — the theft, the argument, the version nobody talks about — written to be read while the kettle boils. All of them are out of copyright and taken from museums that publish their photography openly: the Metropolitan, the Art Institute of Chicago, and Wikimedia Commons.

Cork-backed coasters, 3.75″ square. Ceramic mugs, 11oz. Printed to order.
